Birgit Nilsson Exhibition
As a tribute to Nilsson on the centenary of her birth, and in recognition of the return of Wagner’s Ring to the Met in 2019, this exhibit documented her tenure as the company’s preeminent Wagnerian soprano. The introduction wall featured the diva’s signature in larger-than-life scale, a nod to her presence on stage and off.
